What is the return policy?

30-Day Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be returned in the same condition as received.

New Games & Products New items must be unopened, with original shrink wrap intact, tags attached, and in original packaging.

Pre-Owned / Used Games Pre-owned games must be returned in the same condition as described at the time of purchase. Disc-based games must be free of cracks or damage that was not present at time of sale.

Defective Items If you receive a defective item (new or pre-owned), contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Digital Products & Gift Cards Digital download codes and gift cards are non-refundable once delivered.

How to Start a Return Contact us at info@dvgconnect.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we'll send a prepaid return shipping label within 2 business days.

Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued.

How much does shipping cost?

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (Canada) We ship across Canada via Canada Post and other major carriers. Estimated delivery times:

Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

United States Shipping We ship to all 50 US states. Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days
Expedited Shipping: 3–7 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. DVG Connect is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees that may apply to US orders.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment in real time.

Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@dvgconnect.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
