30-Day Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be returned in the same condition as received.

New Games & Products New items must be unopened, with original shrink wrap intact, tags attached, and in original packaging.

Pre-Owned / Used Games Pre-owned games must be returned in the same condition as described at the time of purchase. Disc-based games must be free of cracks or damage that was not present at time of sale.

Defective Items If you receive a defective item (new or pre-owned), contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Digital Products & Gift Cards Digital download codes and gift cards are non-refundable once delivered.

How to Start a Return Contact us at info@dvgconnect.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we'll send a prepaid return shipping label within 2 business days.

Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
