The game immerses players in the atmosphere of the eponymous animated film, featuring its main characters and key moments from its story.

It follows the misadventures of young apprentice Igor, who dreams of becoming a mad scientist. Aided by his little monsters, Igor will try to put his plan into action. At any time, the player can switch characters and take advantage of each hero's specific abilities to progress.
