God of War: Chains of Olympus

The Spartan warrior Kratos makes his PSP debut in an all-new adventure.

Set before the terrible tale of vengeance told in the critically acclaimed God of War, the action of Chains of Olympus evokes Kratos' dark days. After being deceived and forced to kill his wife and daughter, then renouncing Ares, the God of War, the Ghost of Sparta seeks forgiveness for his sins and pledges to serve the gods of Olympus.

Chains of Olympus allows the player to explore Kratos' tragic past. During his ten years of servitude, the hero travels through dark lands, from the gates of Hell to the depths of Tartarus, and must face the most ferocious creatures of Greek mythology.

He is also confronted with a cruel choice: save his daughter's life or prevent Atlas from destroying the world.

Building on their success and accolades, the teams at Santa Monica Studios and Ready at Dawn Studios have retained the grandiose settings, detailed graphics, and dark atmosphere of previous installments for God of War - Chains of Olympus.
